I have worked with children, youth and families, providing counselling services to them, for over 25 years. My clients have been from a variety of cultural backgrounds and I have worked extensively with First Nation children and their families through community schools, here in Saskatoon.
I specialize in working with troubled children, youth and their parents. In particular, my work has centered around the areas of divorce and separation, anxiety, depression, anger management, grief and parenting skills. The approach I use is primarily Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Using these approaches, I hope to assist clients to reframe and rewrite “their stories”, thereby improving their quality of life.
